Backed Up Sewer Line Into Home Causes Damage

After days of storms and tons of rain the sewer lines going into the home and into 1st floor bathroom.  Cat 3 Sewage water backed up into the toilet, sink and bathtub, causing severe damage to the 1st floor bathroom, laundry room, family room, main hallway, and finished basement.  The carpet was completely ruined in everyone room effected.  The dry wall in effected areas both on the 1st floor and basement were damaged and had to be torn out.  The basement ceiling and rafters were also water damage.  The tiles in the bathroom were damaged and had to be removed.  We had a lot of Mitigation and demolition. Be prepared when disaster strikes.
