SERVPRO of North Oakland County Can Help In Any Disaster

After a few days of curtain-like days of rain last summer, this homeowner had the dreadful experience of having water back up into their basement.  One of their neighborhood friends in Clawson, MI told them to contact SERVPRO of North Oakland County, so they did.  We arrived shortly after and extracted any standing water, moved furniture and personal belongings around the basement so that we could continue with the mitigation.  Since it was sewer water there were a ton of items that needed to be thrown out, unfortunately.  Please be prepared for losses like this.  If you can store items on shelves and have them at least 6” off of the floor.  This will help out tremendously.
