Butler Pantry Ice Maker Water Line Gone Bad

The water line to the ice maker in the butler pantry area of this beautiful Birmingham, MI home came loose and was leaking water for a long period of time.  The water spread all throughout the 1st floor kitchen, 1st bathroom, living room and basement.  Thankfully the water was clean water, but the damage was significant. You can never be too sure about the water lines in your home.  We’ve seen this many times with refrigerators and extra wet bar areas.  Gone at work all day, and when you return home, your 1st floor is flooded and a disaster.
